When I designed my new library, Josh was a pleasure to work with. I had a clear idea of what I wanted, but he detailed my design with an artistic eye and a craftsman’s knowledge of detail. Not only did Josh build the paneling and shelves, he also designed and built several pieces of furniture for the room. We love our new library, and we constantly sing Josh praises.
Garner Woodworks made 5 custom pieces of furniture for my NC mountain home. Not only are the pieces practical, but everyone who comes to the house comments on the beautiful craftsmanship. Next time I need more wood furniture, Garner will be my only choice.
Just a short note to let you know that I was very pleased with the work completed by Garner Woodworks. The book shelves were completed in an expeditious manner and fit the wall space perfectly, attesting to accurate measurements and pre-planning. I found the shelves to be expertly sturdy, did not sag, and finished off with bullnose facing that dressed them up. They adequately hold the many thousands of books that now line the shelves. An interesting component of the wall of books was a secret door constructed to look just like part of the book shelves. The style and color were absolutely perfect. You gave us exactly what we asked for.
Josh was very professional and timely when he installed the cabinets and were are so thankful we chose your company to do the job.
